Neuropsychologist, ICF member

Devorah Rabinowitz

I am a Neuropsychologist and a Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My personal and professional career has spanned two continents and over thirty years. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, I joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). After a career change, I studied Neuropsychology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and currently work in the rehabilitation ward of Hadassah hospital. In a voluntary capacity, I spearheaded a global fundraising initiative, directing a multi-level team of more than one hundred volunteers worldwide and together we raised over half a million dollars for charitable causes. I have been married for over thirty years. Managing select projects, together with raising a family has necessitated a great deal of juggling and self growth. My leadership experience motivated me to help others enrich their lives through becoming exceptional leaders. My coaching approach subscribes to my philosophy that we are each a unique product of our skills, experiences, background, qualifications, strengths and talents and that by harnessing our strengths and developing our self-awareness we can maximise our potential. In this vein, in an attempt to develop opportunities locally, I founded the JCA in 2013 offering a range of live and online courses blending conventional and modern psychology with Jewish values.

Course Description

And that's enough about me. Because really this is all about you.

What is your best investment? Stocks, bonds, property?

Or is it perhaps time to look in a different direction?

Creation is in harmony. The planets move in perfect synchronisation. The seasons appear in the same sequence year after year. The Earth’s water cycle ensures the maintenance of most life and ecosystems on the planet.

Yet, we live in a frenetic, instant world where multi-tasking is par for the course and achievements are of paramount importance. The emphasis is on doing as opposed to being.

We are naturally attracted to harmony because it is essential for our well-being. However, defining equilibrium is unique to each individual.

And it all starts by balancing our rush to achieve, with our ability to simply be.

If goals are set using the mind, intentions are set with the heart, as we journey deep inside ourselves reflecting on how we want to live our lives.

Setting regular intentions keeps us focused, connects us to our core, and helps us live our lives purposefully. It ensures that we align the different aspects of our lives so that we achieve all those SMART goals that we are urged to strive for, without compromising our peace of mind and most important values.
